Wholesale prim country candles

We only sell wholesale for the purpose of resale. A copy of your Tax ID# or Business License Certificate is needed prior to placing your initial order. No orders will be processed with out your Tax ID# or Business License Certificate on file. You can email your # to angiescountrycandles@yahoo.com .

Any item purchased with the intention of resale may NOT be altered in any way. The tags and/or labels which including Angie’s Country Candles logo, contact information, web address, etc. MUST be left intact and attached to the product for legal purposes.

As much as we would like to, Free samples are not available. (in order to keep our wholesale prices low) If you would like to sample our products prior to placing a wholesale order, please make your purchases through our site. Your sample purchase will then be credited to your first wholesale order.

Minimum Order Policy:

Your first wholesale order will have a $100 minimum and all reorders will carry a $75 minimum.

Please allow anywhere between 1-4 business weeks for delivery depending on order size and time of year. All orders must be paid in full before processing!

Insurance:

We require that you have insurance on your wholesale shipment, as we can NOT be held responsible for products lost or damaged by the shipping company. This will be included in your actual shipping total which will be billed to you before shipment.

Payment Policy:

For wholesale accounts the following methods of payment is accepted: Paypal.com, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Company Chec All orders must be paid in full at time of order. Please note if paying by Company Check or Money Orders, your order will not be processed until it clears at bank.There will be a $30 service fee on all returned checks.

If paying by Paypal: to alleviate the fees involved by using paypal and to keep our wholesale prices low we charge 4% of your orders total (thats a % of what paypal charges us.) It will be included with your actual shipping charge. Please don't forget that we DO take MC, VISA, CHECKCARD, DISCOVER etc. Please call your order in to the store to pay by credit card in order to avoid the 4% paypal fee. 814-375-9919

Returns:

We love our customers, and want you to be happy! In the unlikely event you are not happy with a product simply return it at your own expense within one week of purchase and let us know why! We will glady replace it! No returns of an entire order without liable reason!

All returns will be at the customer's expense and a 10% restocking fee assessed. Customers will be liable for shipping and restocking fees on ALL returned or refused orders. All returns must be authorized before being sent back. All unauthorized returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds will not be processed for improper placement or display of candles. Fading or clouding caused by sun damage or strong florescent lighting or candles exposed to extreme heat are non-negotiable and are not refundable or restockable.

If you decide to cancel your order for any reason you have 24 hrs. from the time your order is placed. Sorry no refunds after the 24 hrs!
